Service Description
In our workplace we are constantly having to solve a problem and make decisions. We need to get it right. The answer rests in our ability to identify options, research them, and then put things together in a way that works. Having a process to work through can take the anxiety out of problem solving and make decisions easier. That is what this 2 day workshop is all about. Lunch is provided during the course. A Certificate of Completion is awarded on successful completion.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or variations to course bookings must be received in writing. A minimum of 7 working days’ notice is required for a course cancellation to result in a full refund. OR Transfer to a new date. Less than 7 working days: Full cost of the course will be charged. And Illuminate Coaching & Training may offer a new date. Less than 3 working days Full cost will be charged and no offer of transfer to a new date.
