Service Description

Success as a manager is heavily influenced by how well your team operates and what kind of results they achieve. Is your team able to solve problems? Can they resolve conflict? Are they enthusiastic and motivated to do their best? Do they work well together? This 3 day structured workshop is designed for participants who want to develop their team leadership skills and unleash the talent of their individual team members. Lunch is provided during the course. A Certificate of Completion is awarded on successful completion.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or variations to course bookings must be received in writing. A minimum of 7 working days’ notice is required for a course cancellation to result in a full refund. OR Transfer to a new date. Less than 7 working days: Full cost of the course will be charged. And Illuminate Coaching & Training may offer a new date. Less than 3 working days Full cost will be charged and no offer of transfer to a new date.
